ARTS Transit - is an extension to the ARTS Program and was introduced by the State Government in 1997. This Program centres on seven regionally based performing arts companies. Each year a number of these companies tour regional Queensland in association with NARPACA and Queensland Arts Council.
Annually all Stakeholders, including representatives from Arts Queensland, come together to discuss regional touring and developmental issues at the biannual NARPACA Conferences staged in regional Queensland.
