Fusing traditional Australian Indigenous dance with modern hip hop and funk, The Beatty Clan Crew teaches students about Australia’s unique history of dance.

This internationally renowned family group, including Taryn Laleen, Sam Dynamyte, Lil’ Mo’ and Ninni, perform a repertoire of dance styles including electric boogie, beat boxing, hip hop dancing, along with traditional Torres Strait Island songs and drumming.

This production is a fresh and contemporary journey that fuses aspects of Indigenous and youth cultures, illustrating how music and dance is fundamental to both.
